Shared infrastructure

The shared core provides a common vocabulary for intent, context, memory, reasoning, decisions, actions, and learning signals. Domains extend that core with their own data, governance, and human-review requirements.

  • Context remains explicit.
  • Provenance travels with a decision trace.
  • Domain rules do not silently replace shared controls.
