Trust boundary

Environment boundaries

Development, sandbox, and production environments must remain distinct. Availability, credentials, data, quotas, and execution permissions require environment-specific review.

  • Do not treat a development contract or fixture as a production integration.
  • Separate domain data and policy configuration by environment.
  • Use the current secure API platform for authenticated access.

Trust boundary

Release and rollback

A controlled release should identify owner, change scope, validation evidence, monitoring signals, and rollback or recovery expectations. The public website does not assert production deployment status.

  • Review API and domain contract compatibility.
  • Verify observability and alerting before consequential execution.
  • Document changes and preserve a review path.

Trust boundary

Deployment review

Private, hybrid, edge, and enterprise deployment patterns require domain and platform review. The correct pattern depends on data sensitivity, latency, resilience, identity, and operational ownership.

Control objectives

What should remain explicit

  • Keep environment, identity, and data boundaries explicit.
  • Require validation, observability, and recovery planning before release.
  • Do not infer production readiness from a public portfolio record.
