Platform status

Status reporting must come from the operating system

This public page declares the status boundary. It does not connect to live provider monitoring or publish uptime, latency, incident, or availability claims without an approved operational source.

Component model

What a future status source should cover

  • Public website and documentation
  • API gateway and request routing
  • Authentication, quotas, and billing dependencies
  • Domain or application integrations
  • Maintenance, incidents, and recovery state

Incident communication

Publish impact, not internals

A public incident record should state affected component, start time, current impact, mitigation, next update, and resolution. Secrets, tenant data, topology, and private traces remain excluded.

Monitoring boundary

No production status claim is made

Future incidents, maintenance, and component status must come from an approved operational source with a defined incident, privacy, ownership, and support model. The current page intentionally reports the public boundary instead of inventing live telemetry.
