Static public release

The public website is built as an Astro static artifact under apps/web/dist. A hosting owner reviews the artifact, headers, robots, sitemap, canonical URLs, and route smoke results before deployment.

Build from the repository root.
Serve the generated dist directory.
Verify the included security headers.

Keep activation separate

Production AI providers, payments, billing, credentials, identity systems, and inactive domains are not activated by the public static release.

Use the launch handover as the operational checklist.
Keep DNS changes owner-authorized.
Run post-deployment smoke tests against the assigned URL.
