Trust boundary

Assistive by default

CINTENT can support understanding, reasoning, planning, and workflow coordination. It must not be presented as an autonomous medical, legal, investment, safety, or public-service authority.

  • Recommendations are assistive and review-required unless a domain policy says otherwise.
  • Confidence and evidence should be visible at the appropriate level.
  • Users need a clear correction and escalation path.

Trust boundary

Human responsibility

People and accountable organizations remain responsible for consequential decisions. System output should be treated as a proposal or signal when the domain requires qualified review.

  • No autonomous clinical decisions.
  • No regulated financial advice.
  • No flight-safety or mission-authorization claim.

Trust boundary

Evaluation boundary

Responsible-intelligence evaluation should include failure cases, uncertainty, bias, provenance, recovery, and the effect of human review. Public content does not claim benchmark results.

Control objectives

What should remain explicit

  • Label assistive and review-required behavior explicitly.
  • Do not hide uncertainty, provenance, or escalation requirements.
  • Keep high-consequence execution behind approved policy and human oversight.
